01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules and regulations governing the use of the bet335 online betting and casino platform, operated at bet335.net ("the Platform", "bet335", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all users of bet335, whether accessing the Platform via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported interface.

03 Account Registration and Management

Each player may hold only one (1) bet335 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering for a bet335 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. bet335 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement issued within the past three months.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bet335 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bet335 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

bet335 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time. During such checks, account functionality — including deposits, withdrawals, and betting — may be temporarily restricted pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

bet335 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods available to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer to and from accounts held with Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other supported institutions. The minimum deposit amount at bet335 is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per week depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. • All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended.

• bet335 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• bet335 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• All transactions on the bet335 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

bet335 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where the account is subject to an ongoing verification or investigation process. In such cases, bet335 will notify the player and will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bet335 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms. In the event of any ambiguity, the specific game or sport rules shall apply, and the decision of bet335's trading team shall be final.

The following general betting rules apply across all bet335 sports betting markets:

• A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the bet335 system. A confirmation reference number will be issued for each accepted bet. Until such confirmation is received, no bet is deemed to have been placed.
• bet335 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet or market at its sole discretion, including in cases where a player has demonstrated a pattern of exploiting pricing errors.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for the relevant sport or market. Generally, bets on cancelled or void events will be refunded at odds of 1.0.
• In-play (live) betting odds and markets are updated in real time. bet335 accepts no responsibility for bets placed on the basis of prices that were subject to a technical error at the time of placement.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are manifestly incorrect due to a system or human error — will not be honoured. bet335 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneously low or high prices and to return stakes to the player's account.
• Winnings from sports bets will be credited to your bet335 account balance following official settlement of the relevant event. Minimum bet stakes and maximum payout limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

Specific rules for cricket betting, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers, are published in the Cricket section of the Platform. Players are encouraged to read the applicable cricket betting rules before placing bets on these markets.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

bet335 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bet offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

07 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

bet335 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There are reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• bet335 is required to do so in order to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory requirement.
• The player's account activity is inconsistent with legitimate recreational gambling — for example, in cases of professional betting, syndicated play, or systematic exploitation of pricing.
• The player requests account closure or self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bet335 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the bet335 support team via live chat. Before closing an account, players should withdraw any available balance. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bet335 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
